Customer Service (6.0) – What’s a Goatz vacation without planning an escape room during a layover in CLT? Thanks to Garrett Sutton and the folks at Code Escape we were able to explore The Residence bright and early at 7 AM on a day they’re normally closed – THANK YOU, GARRETT AND CODE ESCAPE for making the beginning of our vacation THE BEST! Puzzles (5.0) – A superb blend of technological, mechanical and mental enigmas. Several completely new and exciting puzzle-techniques were incorporated. The Librarian was overheard exclaiming, “The clues flowed well and were technically top tier.” Room (4.9) – We would expect nothing less from Code Escape; they surpassed all expectations! Theme-specific décor, riddles, and overall atmosphere. Killed it. Difficulty (4.7) – The room kept the four of us busy and entertained; there was no down time. Code Escape is easily in our Top 3 of Escape Companies. From scheduling to anticipating what new designs they’ve dreamed up, it’s always thrilling when they unveil a new room.
